"Okay"
Don’t charge me $7 for shipping a less than 1lb envelope and then use the cheapest option to actually send it.

Edit: I got my order eventually and it’s all correct, but still you need to be more transparent with shipping. $7 I expect priority mail.

"This company provides no customer…"
This company provides no customer support for items bought through their website. If you need information for dispute for warranty work, or other issues, you are directed to find your own information. Just a poor way to treat customers that have supported them. Go to other reputable companies for purchase. Good example of "Let the buyer beware."

"Sneaky Pete Vaporizers Is Now My Goto .."
I ordered from Sneaky Pete's on the 1st of July & received my package on July 7th. Very fast shipping even during a National Holiday! Customer Service response time shows me that they actually care about their clients. Sneaky Pete also has a very knowledgeable YouTube channel that is worth checking out.

Overall, I will be shopping with them again and will tell others to check them out.

"A shop to AVOID !"
Highest online prices anywhere, as well as some of the most useless crap, like the Dynavap add-ons these guys come up with. There needs to be a law to prohibit the sale of some of their trash like the "debowler", WOW. Is there actually people dumb enough to buy this crap. Takes low morals to run a business like this. Too many crooked websites like this one.

"Bought simrell cage, they refuse to send replacement for Manufactured defect"
Bought simrell cage. I did buy from the canadian site, but it’s the same site only for international, same owner. Got manufactured defect pass throught adapter. Can’t fit anything inside the 10mm sidejoint because too much glass inside. So the plug that comes with it to block the 10mm is not tight, so still 1-2mm gap of air which is the same as broken/defect. Thought it would be an easy request to get a replacement. I provided pictures but they refuse to send replacement. They say I need to buy a new, even I got a defect one. Making me really pissed. Bad customer service. Would never buy from this site again

"Awesome vape site"
Awesome vape site. A TON of products, OEM parts and ingenious trademarked or exclusive to the website at least, products. Everything you could ever want or need and a lot of things you never knew you needed but they’re great. SUPER responsive customer service (as in an immediate response every time). They process orders instantaneously and ship them out the very same day. It’s also the only anything that offers glass protection, or basically insurance on glass products. For a couple bucks, literally, you can purchase a code that, should you break your glass piece of whatever size or shape, you can re-purchase the same piece at 50% off. This site has one of a kind glass pieces at prices so low this is a stupid good deal and unique. Sneaky Pete also does incredible and informative videos of pretty much every product he has. Ever buy a vape product only to have it show up and be 1/50th the size you thought, or just plain suck? Not with SPV. You get to see the products in the hands of, all be them small hands, Sneaky Pete himself. Videos provide great visual information on a product before you buy it that other sites just don’t offer. Very fast standard shipping to US and Canadian destinations. I admit that this is a site I look at every single day.

"Awesome."
Was looking for a store that offered products I was searching for and offered Sezzles payment method. I found Sneaky Pete, after scouring for reviews and finding some I decided to just try it.
On 7/2 I ordered an Arizer Air 2, an attachment and it came with two freebies. Then I got to the shipping portion which right now is a bleh moment for the world, but tracking has been kept up with and my order will be here sooner than anticipated. Original date for delivery was the 8th, just checked it and it is reflecting a delivery date of the 6th. I did choose 2-4 day priority, but with shipment tracking and mail being clogged up; this is intense. Aside from being hopped up from accurate tracking and time frame of delivery, so far it's a wonderful experience, will update when package arrives.

7/9 Edit- Everything arrived as expected with a surprise pack of Sour Patch kids. Ordered something which should be here today can't wait. Only issue I found was an accessory piece being sold at a higher mark up than what I found on Arizers page, my fault for not looking around more. Overall experience has been pleasant, prices are fair, they use Sezzle for those balling on a budget, and the shipment tracking is wonderful.
